A degradation, of a "pressure boundary" of a "safety-related system", that exceeds a relevant limit specified in the applicable design analysis, design codes or standards, or inspection codes or standards, except a non-safety-significant deformation or crack, a pinhole that does not have the potential to significantly impair the operating ability of the system, and a degradation that causes a leak that does not exceed a limit specified in a licensing document.
